 Job Duties :
  • Providing accounts payable services to a multi-business group of companies.
  • Management of AP and aiming to optimise operating liquidity by driving early or on time payments.
  • Paying suppliers on time.
  • Performing scanning functions, using Cofax to capture invoice data and analysing the resulting 3 way match on SAP.
  • When a delivery note or purchase order is missing ... chasing it up with the business.
  • Processing all reimbursements for employeees within 7 days.
  • Managing queries adn developing strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Maintaining the vendor master data in SAP.
  • Ad hoc reporting.


 Skills required : 
  • SAP, Accounts payable, three way match, payment runs, reconciliations.
Educational Qualification Required:
  • Bachelor Degree
