This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reigns of a critical site at Bank of Melbourne Kew Branch where you will lead, coach & motivate a small team customers service & home finance sales professionals.

Our Branch Managers are trusted locals therefor we are looking for someone who either understands & can build long lasting relationships in their local market.

Our Branch Managers lead the way in shaping and growing 'their' business. While this role has a strong focus on financial accountability and operational and risk management of the branch, one of the most important aspects will be the leadership of the frontline banking team in delivering an exceptional customer experience that customers marvel at and tell their friends about.

What we need from you :

  • Significant retail banking experience is preferred, however, we will consider those applicants who do not possess this experience
  • Proven experience leading, coaching & motivating a team in sales & customer service
  • Knowledge of Banking products & services as well as tertiary qualifications will be well regarded
  • Experience developing, implementing & leading a local sales, business acquisition or marketing plan would be highly regarded
We are looking for candidates with a strong banking background & acumen. In addition we are looking for an accomplished people leader, with experience in successfully managing & motivating larger teams. Equally important to our business is finding people with a passion for customer service & leaders who are enthusiastic about building & developing a successful team & branch.
