Job Duties :
Call-Takers receive and process triple zero ‘000' emergency calls from the Victorian community ensuring a quick response from fire, police, ambulance or SES services. The outcome of this is lives being saved, offenders being apprehended, fires being controlled and serious incidents being managed.

In 2020, ESTA has a new state of the art emergency communication centre opening at Williams Landing. We are now recruiting for Police Call-takers to be based at our current Docklands centre for approximately 12 months, with an expectation to relocate to Williams Landing early 2020.
Note: We have Police Call-taking positions commencing in February 2019.
