Freedom Hearing is a clinic that specialises in hearing health care rehabilitation services to sufferers of industrial deafness. We have offices in NSW, Victoria and South Australia.

We are in the search for Customer Service Officers to assist in the running of the following offices;
- Burwood
- Wetherill Park
- Campbelltown
- Wollongong
- Charlestown
- Erina
The primary role of the customer service officer is to liaise with patients and provide administrative support towards the smooth running of the clinic. The candidate is required to work within routine guidelines and procedures.
Duties include;
- Providing excellent customer service to patients
- General reception duties as required
- Assisting with completion of clinical forms and paperwork for insurance companies, law government departments and patients.
- Assist with new patient enquiries Australia wide
- Assist with incoming calls and bookings.
- Data entry and file management
- PA to our experienced Audiologists and Audiometrists.
Essential criteria
- Client / customer driven
- Reliable and able to work autonomously
- Previous experience in administration, reception or a customer service industry a must
- Typing speed of minimum 45 wpm
- Average MS Office (MS Word)
