Position Summary:
As Policy Officer, you will be a member of a policy and program team implementing whole-of-government policy in family violence risk assessment and management, and a new information sharing scheme. You will be an effective project manager, strategic, self-organised and comfortable working in a complex policy environment. The successful candidate will undertake policy and project work relating to family violence and provide secretariat support to key governance groups, working with government and non-government stakeholders. You will be required to prepare, within tight timeframes, high quality briefings, discussion papers, presentations, reports and other documentation related to key policy initiatives and projects.
