The Independent Living Centre WA (ILC) is a leading provider of information, advice, assessment, training, funding and hire services that enable Western Australians of all ages and abilities to live more independent and fulfilling lives.
We are currently recruiting for a newly created Digital Lead role to work closely with ILC’s Business and Innovation team.  
The Role:
You will join a passionate team that are leading organisational change at ILC WA. This full-time (contract) role will support the shaping of our Digital Transformation strategy and implementation plan, including identification of ideal technology options and managing multiple digital projects and solutions across the organisation.  The position will drive project growth to scale digital revenue and contribute to enhancing business development efforts and long-term organisational sustainability and performance. You will be expected to lead, collaborate, adapt and innovate to be successful in the role. 
The Candidate:
The successful applicant will be a dynamic and innovative individual with a passion for growing customer-centred solutions and a proven record in digital technology and transformation.  You will have experience in managing risk and organisational change to achieve successful business outcomes and hold advanced technical skills, project delivery (including Agile management), collaboration, and relationship building skills.  Degree and/or relevant industry qualifications and experience are essential.
